Magnus Idea d.o.o. collects your personal data so that we can provide you with the desired service or find out more information about the requested service. We do not share or distribute your personal data for commercial purposes  and we do not disclose to anyone, except exceptionally  in cases where it is necessary to fulfill certain legal obligations. On the website, you confirm the accuracy of the information you have given us and express it  consent  with all provisions of our Privacy Policy. During the defined period of keeping your personal data in our records, we implement certain data protection measures to ensure their security. You have the option at any time  withdraw your voluntary consent  the use of personal data, after which your data will be used exclusively for the purpose of internal statistical data processing and will be anonymous. Your privacy is of great importance to us, therefore you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time. You can also request the deletion of your personal data and it will be deleted  within one month at the latest.  

Purpose of data processing

Your personal data is used for the purpose of obtaining services offered by Magnus Idea d.o.o., creating various static reports and calculating various performance indicators. Furthermore, they are used for high-quality maintenance and development of interaction with clients, for the prevention and elimination of any attempts at misuse of personal data, and for other purposes arising from various legal provisions.

The task of Magnus Idea d.o.o. is to make sure that​​  Your personal data is processed only in accordance with the above-mentioned purpose, and access to your data will have​​  only certain employees and the owner of Magnus Idea d.o.o.. All personal data will be collected, used and processed according to predefined internal instructions of Magnus Idea d.o.o.

Where and how your personal data will be stored and processed

Your personal data that you provide us with your consent will be processed exclusively by processors within the European Economic Area (EEA) in accordance with the purpose of processing and the contractual relationship that defines their responsibility and obligation to protect your personal data and preserve their confidentiality, and in accordance with all technical and organizational measures and legal regulations regulating data protection. Your personal data will not be available to third parties without the permission of Magnus Idea d.o.o.

How long we store your personal data

We store and use your personal data over a period of time   which  is necessary for the execution of a certain legitimate purpose, unless the applicable regulations provide for a longer storage period for a specific purpose. In the case of your consent for marketing, we store your data for as long as the consent is withdrawn. In the case of rejected offers, where consent for marketing has not been given, we keep the data related to the offer for one year, and in the event that we  request deletion, they will be deleted immediately within one month at the latest.
